What we collect
We do not build visitor profiles or assign you a unique identifier. We process only the information you send us and the technical records needed to run the site.
- Contact form: full name, email address, phone number, company name (optional), the service you are interested in and the content of your message. You can use the entire site without filling in the form; these fields are transmitted only when you choose to send a request.
- Server records: the date and time the request was received and your shortened IP address. The final segment of the IP address is removed before it is recorded (for example 203.0.113.x); the purpose is to distinguish abuse, not to identify you. The full address is held in memory only briefly, to block excessive submissions from the same source, and is never written to a persistent record.
- Browser storage: two entries stored in your browser so that the site can work. They are never sent to the server; the full list is in the Cookie Policy.
Why we use the data
We process your personal data only for the purposes below and only to the extent needed. We do not sell or rent your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
- To assess the request you send through the contact form and to get back to you.
- To carry out pre-contractual steps if your enquiry turns into a proposal or a collaboration discussion.
- To keep the site and the form infrastructure secure and to block automated or malicious submissions.
- To meet our obligations under applicable law and to respond to duly made requests from competent authorities.
Legal grounds
Our processing relies on the conditions listed in Article 5 of Law No. 6698.
- Answering your enquiry and carrying out pre-contractual steps: processing directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c).
- Keeping the service secure and preventing misuse: legitimate interests, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f).
- The explicit consent you give by ticking the checkbox in the form (Art. 5/1). You may withdraw this consent at any time; withdrawal does not render processing carried out before that point unlawful.
Cookies and browser storage
The site currently writes no cookies; there are no analytics, advertising or social media trackers. Your browser holds only the two entries required for the site to function. You will find the full list of those entries, their retention periods and the way to change your preference on a separate page.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data and we do not transfer it to third parties for marketing. Transfers occur only in the cases below and only to the extent required. Our infrastructure suppliers may include providers established abroad; wherever a transfer abroad is required, no transfer is made unless the conditions in Article 9 of the Law are met.
- Suppliers providing hosting, network infrastructure, security and maintenance services: only to the extent required to deliver the service and subject to a confidentiality obligation.
- Public authorities and judicial bodies legally empowered to request data, where a duly made statutory request exists.
- Our lawyers and financial advisers, where needed to establish, exercise or protect our rights in a legal dispute.
How long we keep data
Your personal data is not kept for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was processed.
- Contact requests: deleted once the request has been concluded, unless another legal ground requires retention. Erasure, destruction or anonymisation is carried out during the periodic destruction cycle, which under Article 11 of the Turkish Regulation on the Erasure, Destruction or Anonymisation of Personal Data is repeated at intervals of no more than six months.
- Records that legislation requires us to keep — for example ten years for commercial books and documents under Article 82 of Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 — are held until the end of the relevant period and solely for the purpose of retention.
Data security
In accordance with Article 12 of the Law, we take technical and organisational measures to prevent unlawful processing of and unlawful access to personal data. The main technical measures applied on this site are:
- The site and all form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- The form asks only for the fields needed to assess your request; identification numbers, dates of birth, health information and similar data are neither requested nor stored.
- IP addresses are masked before entering any persistent record; the full address is held in memory only for short-lived abuse checks.
- Excessive submissions from the same source are rate-limited automatically, and automated submissions are filtered out by a hidden control field.
Children's data
The site is aimed at corporate clients and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that data belonging to a person under eighteen has been submitted without parental consent, we delete the record. Please tell us through the channels below if you notice such a case.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you can learn whether your data is being processed, request its correction or deletion, find out which third parties received it, and seek compensation for harm caused by unlawful processing. The KVKK Privacy Notice lists all your rights and explains how to apply.
