The project flow in five steps
Discovery and scope
We discuss your audience, the data from the existing site and your internal approval process. The output of this conversation is not a quote but an agreed scope document.
Content inventory and information architecture
Every existing address is listed and decisions are made on which pages to keep and which to merge. The new menu structure comes out of that table, not out of assumption.
Design and prototype
We design the homepage and the two most critical inner pages first and present them with real content. Approval is given on those three screens; the remaining pages then apply the same system.
Development and accessibility testing
As the build progresses, every screen goes through a keyboard pass and a screen reader check. Accessibility faults are fixed in the week they appear, not at delivery.
Launch and maintenance
We check key redirects, important pages and core user journeys at launch. Post-launch monitoring, maintenance and reporting are planned around the agreed scope.

Do you work with organisations outside Ankara?
Yes. Our office is in Çankaya, Ankara, but a share of our projects runs with organisations in other cities. Being in Ankara makes face-to-face meetings easy; on remote projects we run the same process through online sessions.
Do you prepare proposals suited to public procurement?
Yes. We are used to the language of technical specifications, itemised pricing and the documentation public procurement requires. If the specification has not been drafted yet, we can also help at the stage of defining the technical requirements.
How long does a corporate website take to launch?
The schedule depends on the pages, modules, content production and approval process. After reviewing the requirements, we provide a plan with stages and responsibilities.
How is the price determined?
By three things: the number of pages and templates, the modules that need custom development, and who produces the content. There is a marked difference between us writing the copy and shooting the visuals and receiving them from you. Once scope is settled we quote a fixed price.
Can we move to a new site without losing the old one?
We review existing content and addresses, prepare redirects and monitor crawling and indexing after launch. This reduces transition risks but cannot guarantee unchanged search rankings.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. We host you at our office in Konutkent, Çankaya, or we come to you. Typically the scope meeting, the design presentation and the pre-delivery review happen in person, while the intermediate steps run online.
