Service overview
Interactive content lets users make a choice, explore a situation or receive feedback. We first establish what the interaction should help them do.
We start the design with a scenario. What decision the user will make, what they see when they choose wrongly and how their progress is measured are all settled before a single line of content is written. Interaction design, visual language and micro-animation are then built on top of that scenario.
Keyboard use, meaningful feedback and motion preferences are considered in the design. We define and test the appropriate accessibility scope for the project.
What we do
- Interaction scenario and user flow design
- Clickable infographics, timelines, simulations and decision trees
- Gamification mechanics: progress indicators, badges and feedback loops
- A structure that respects keyboard use, screen readers and motion sensitivity
- Output that runs cleanly on the web, in a learning management system and on mobile

Frequently asked questions
Is interactive content only used for training?
No. Training is the most common use, but corporate introductions, annual reports, campaign narratives, product configurators and data visualisation all benefit from the same approach. The common thread is this: when information becomes either dull or too complex as plain text, interaction earns its place.
Can we host the content you produce on our own systems?
We can prepare a web or LMS package for the target environment. Hosting, dependencies, reporting and maintenance are agreed and tested as part of the scope.
Can you turn our existing training material into interactive content?
Usually yes, and it is often the fastest route. We review the presentation, document or video you already have, work out which sections gain value by becoming interactive, and redesign only those.
