Your personal data is collected by fully automated means in electronic form, when you complete and submit the contact form on ajansnet.com.tr. Unless you submit the form, this data is not processed. The legal grounds for processing are the conditions listed in Article 5 of the Law:
- The explicit consent you give by ticking the checkbox in the form (Art. 5/1).

- Processing necessary for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç).
- Processing necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (Art. 5/2-f).
Transfer of personal data
Your personal data is transferred in accordance with the conditions in Article 8 of the Law and only to the extent required; it is not sold or assigned to third parties for marketing. - To suppliers providing hosting, network infrastructure, security and maintenance services, to the extent required to deliver the service.
- To public authorities and judicial bodies legally empowered to request data, where a duly made statutory request exists.
- To our lawyers and financial advisers, in order to establish, exercise or protect our rights in legal disputes.
Retention periods
Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing and for the minimum periods prescribed by applicable legislation.
- Contact request records: deleted once the request has been concluded, unless another legal ground requires retention.
- Erasure, destruction or anonymisation is carried out during the periodic destruction cycle, which under Article 11 of the Regulation on the Erasure, Destruction or Anonymisation of Personal Data is repeated at intervals of no more than six months.
- Where legislation requires retention — for example ten years for commercial books and documents under Article 82 of Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 — data is kept until the end of the relevant period and solely for the purpose of retention.
