How is pricing determined?
The fee depends on the number of pages and content items, languages, integrations and maintenance needs. After the first discussion, we share the scope, schedule and price in writing.
How does the process work?
We first establish the needs and scope, then move through design, production and testing. We review interim deliveries with you and plan post-launch support at the outset.
Which files and access rights are included?
Depending on the project, we hand over design files, the code repository, admin access and e-learning packages. The proposal lists the files and access rights included in delivery.
Do we get revisions?
Yes. The number and scope of revisions are set out in the proposal. We collect your feedback during design and content production and make the agreed changes.
