In e-learning the real issue is not producing content but getting the learner to finish it. So we start a course with a learning objective rather than a topic list: what will the person who completes this training be able to do? Chunking, duration, interaction frequency and assessment are all designed against that objective.
Branching scenarios, assessments, narration and captions are planned around the learning objectives. We choose the delivery format to suit the target system and test it in that environment.
We are a team that has produced e-learning content at the scale of Türkiye's Ministry of National Education. Working at that scale teaches you that content has to run on very different devices, at very different connection speeds and for very different levels of user confidence. We carry the same rigour into every project.

Frequently asked questions
Can you turn our existing presentations into e-learning content?
Yes, it is one of the things we do most often. But rather than transferring the presentation as it is, we rebuild it first: a presentation is designed to accompany a speaker, while e-learning is designed for someone progressing alone. Transfers that skip that gap are rarely completed.
Which systems does the content run on?
We select SCORM or xAPI according to the target platform’s capabilities and validate the package there. A standalone web version and any reporting requirements can be scoped separately.
Can we update the training ourselves later?
Yes. On request we hand over the source Storyline files together with a guide explaining how to edit them. We also run a short handover session for your team, so you do not have to wait for an agency for small updates.
